Cultural Agreements

Responsibilities of the Cultural Agreements Department

  1. Receiving cultural agreements signed between the Arab Republic of Egypt and other countries, as well as their corresponding executive programs.
  2. Implementing and monitoring the university-related provisions outlined in the executive programs of cultural agreements.
  3. Drafting protocols for direct cooperation agreements between the university and other academic institutions.
  4. Reviewing faculty requests to invite visiting professors or foreign experts for short-term academic supervision and lectures outside the framework of cultural agreements, while maintaining relevant records.
  5. Managing scholarship nominations related to the Postgraduate Studies and Research Center.
  6. Handling the travel procedures for faculty members, assistant lecturers, and teaching assistants as per the terms of these agreements.
