Procedures for joining the college

Admission Process to the Faculty of Pharmacy – Beni Suef University

Enrollment in the faculty is based on the final nomination by the Central Coordination Office to the Faculty of Pharmacy, Beni Suef University.

The coordination lists are sent from the university to the faculty to initiate student registration.

Students must visit the faculty to submit the required documents for completing their enrollment after verifying their names in the coordination lists. The required documents are as follows:

1. Original final nomination letter issued for admission to the Faculty of Pharmacy.
2. Medical examination report conducted at the university's medical administration.
3. Original General Secondary Education certificate.
4. Original birth certificate.
5. Military service forms: Form 2 Gend and Form 6 or 7 Gend (for male students).
6. Eight (8) personal photos.
7. Copy of the national ID card.
8. Submission of the application file after paying the tuition fees.
