Dr. Yasser Gaber is affiliated to Beni-Suef University, Egypt. He was awarded several scholarships during his studies from Egyptian and European funding agencies. He finished his PhD at Lund University, Sweden on 2012. Afterwards, he moved to university of Groningen, The Netherlands as a post-doctoral researcher. He published several international publications in highly ranked journals (e.g.  impact factor > 8). The focus of his research is biotechnology, enzymology and protein engineering.  Currently,  He is a PI of a one-million EP project funded by Academy of Scientific Research And Technology, Egypt.  He has many administrative activities within Beni-Suef university, such as strategic planning, university ranking issues and the  planning for Beni-Suef university Research City and others.
